What the statuses mean

Processing

Your order has been received and is being reviewed or prepared.

On hold

Your order needs manual review. Check your email for any message from our support team.

Completed

Your order has been fulfilled. When tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

Cancelled or refunded

See our Refund & Returns Policy for applicable timing and conditions.
